They say December was the warmest December on record for the Island.
January is also staring out pretty darn well. Recently walked the Seashore around Cape Ray and here's a small Video showing what little snow we have. The Temperature was +5 and a strong Northerly wind.
That looked so neat where the wind was blowing through the grass in that video. You are right. It does not look like January.
