Some Images of our Autumn.

Autumn colors seem to be holding back a bit around the mountains this year. I captured this pic at the Hermitage in the Codroy Valley a few days back when a man there gave us permission to cross the land and explore along the River.Temperature here today is around +20 today and i'm sure we'll get some great autumn colors soon. A few more pics from that day below.

She had quite a bit of fun with a dog who must belong to the caretakers of the Hermitage.

 Autumn has arrived.

Looks like were finally seeing a change of colours here on the Southwest Coast.

Hopefully i'll be able to get a few shots before it's all gone.

Autumn

Autumn here seems late this year. The green grass on the Table Mountains have taken on their straw yellow and reds but at lower elevations we have not seen much change in colors. Several morning frosts recently and the changes should appear soon. A few of us made an ATV ride yesterday to the mountain and met a few of the guys from the community returning with a Caribou. Saw plenty of partridge but we didn't hunt on this trip. some photos today of yesterdays little excursion.
