Finance Minister Jerome Kennedy has started his pre-budget consultations and everything should be wrapped up by February 16. I somehow suspect the numbers are already done and this is just a road trip to make it all look like we have a say. Just the way i feel.

Seems the budget is pre ordained for sure, just smoke and mirrors these consultations.
No dept clock this time, not kitchen party have province party clock either, just gearing people up for the hard hits.
Danny boy nowhere to be seen when the bad news has to be put out as usual.
