It's been 4 years since I purchased a new Camera. My Kodak Z980 has taken over 14,000 Photos and been through quite a few ordeals over that time. I can't remember the actual number of times I dropped it,lost it in bogs, etc. So we recently purchased a Canon EOS Rebel T3i 18 MP Digital SLR Camera Bundle with EF-S 18-55mm f/3.5-5.6 IS Lens and Canon EF 75-300mm f/4-5.6 III Telephoto Zoom Lens. It'll be our first SLR and with the options it has we hope to be able to do a lot more with it besides dropping it and getting it wet on occasions. The Autumn Colors are starting and I may be posting a few photos when I start capturing a few.

Second expression of interest in McCallum
The chair of the McCallum Relocation Committee said that the committee is in the process of organizing a second expression of interest concerning possible relocation.
A section of the community of McCallum where permanent residents will be asked to participate in an expression of interest on October 1 to possibly relocate over the next two year period or so.
Andrew Wright, the Manager Community Liaison with the local government division in the Department of Municipal Affairs, held a public meeting in the community on August 22 as requested from the first expression of interest, which showed that 79 percent of the people would like to relocate. 'The poor are lying, drug-abusing illegitimates': Catholic priest's astonishing attack on homeless
Father Ray Blake wrote a furious blog denouncing the homeless, in an online post titled, 'The Trouble With The Poor'
On his Blog he posts," And although I care little for the opinion people have about me as an individual, I care a great deal about the opinion people have of the priesthood. Mr Bill Gardner and other journalists have been enjoying trashing my reputation as a priest nationally and internationally and therefore of course all Catholic priests and bishops have suffered, because of way I have been portrayed, it is of course an attack on the Church."
He sure does sound like a caring person!
