The writing may be on the wall for another Outport Community. Second expression of interest in McCallum The chair of the McCallum Relocation Committee said that the committee is in the process of organizing a second expression of interest concerning possible relocation. A section of the community of McCallum where permanent residents will be asked to participate in an expression of interest on October 1 to possibly relocate over the next two year period or so. Andrew Wright, the Manager Community Liaison with the local government division in the Department of Municipal Affairs, held a public meeting in the community on August 22 as requested from the first expression of interest, which showed that 79 percent of the people would like to relocate.
