Driving through the community this morning i see that a lot of the residents have their Halloween decorations up. I remember when my son use to go out on Halloween night and we would expect about 75 kids show up on our doorstep. The pass few years with our decline in population we see about 25.

Your community's loss is Alberta's gain. Just think of those gone folk as an export market for seal meat.
